Scoring The Applicant Review
There are three primary scoring methods available from IntegriView:
  • Online by the client via the IntegriView web application
  • Online via the IntegriView applicant self-service module
  • Operator-assisted telephone scoring via our toll-free number
All of the methods of scoring are designed to be very fast, taking less than two minutes per questionnaire, and provide organizations with a simple and effective way to get their questionnaires scored regardless of the location or situation.

How To Interpret The Applicant Review Results
The Applicant Score represents the measured honesty of the applicant – whether the applicant poses an unacceptable hiring risk to the organization. In a sample of 110,000 people across a wide range of geographical areas and various types of organizations, applicants’ scores are distributed with a notable negative skew indicating that most people are reasonably honest. If the Applicant Score falls within the lower ranges of the measured honesty distribution, the applicant may represent an unacceptable hiring risk.

Sample Report

The Applicant Score ranges from 0 to 99 and is based entirely on how the applicant answered the Applicant Review questionnaire. The Applicant Score is displayed on the report as a number along with a colored risk level. The Applicant Score is also presented on the report in graphic format within histograms to provide you with additional reference.

Faking Screen
The Applicant Review also includes sophisticated internal assessments for faking which are used to downgrade applicants’ scores or invalidate responses that include too high levels of faking. Invalid responses are reported on the report as an Applicant Score of “0” or “1”. If the Applicant Score is “0” or “1” on the Applicant Review, it means that the process of taking the questionnaire was invalid and it could not be accurately scored. Depending on company policy and the situation, applicant’s who score a “0” or “1” are typically not eligible to retake the questionnaire.
