Applicant Review

How To Use The Applicant Review
The Applicant Review is designed for job applicants who are applying for “positions of trust.” A “position of trust” is a job that requires employees to be honest and forthright. Jobs that require employees to handle money or manage financial accounts are considered positions of trust. Jobs that involve the movement of goods or access to valuable items are also considered positions of trust. Cashiers, tellers and sales representatives are examples of positions of trust. However, virtually every position has at least some access to money or property. Therefore, many employers require almost all job applicants to attain satisfactory scores on the Applicant Review as part of the hiring process.

Three Easy Steps
  1. Qualified applicants complete the Applicant Review assessment online via the Internet or offline using an Applicant Review booklet;
  2. Three Easy Steps
    The hiring manager scores the Applicant Review assessments using the IntegriView web application or over the phone with a live person at the Analysis Center;
  3. Within minutes, the hiring manager can review and compare the results and use them in connection with other hiring criteria to make an informed hiring decision.
Industries Using The Applicant Review
The Applicant Review has been used by employers for a wide variety of positions in several industries including retail, staffing and hospitality. It has been used extensively by midsize and large retailers to hire sales associates, customer service staff and sales supervisors, and by specialty stores to hire clerks and store managers.

Some individuals, however, should not take the Applicant Review. These people include:
  • People with inadequate language skills in English, French, or Spanish; and
  • People who are applying for jobs that would not be considered a position of trust.
